4. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is USD $3,000. However, we accept sample orders as a trial before placing a bulk order.

5. What is your payment terms?

For general product orders greater than or equal to $3,000, a 30% deposit is required, with the remaining 70% due prior to shipment.

For customized product orders greater than or equal to $3,000, a 50% deposit is required, with the remaining 50% due prior to shipment.

For orders less than $3000, a 100% advance payment is required.

6. Will you share supplier information after the process?

At OVTO Sourcing, we strive to be your one-stop supplier in China, providing the products you need. Therefore, we cannot disclose any supplier details in most cases. However, we are more than willing to assist our clients with on-site factory inspections.
